What you will do

• Manage and coordinate complex, cross-portfolio digitalization projects.
• Plan, monitor, and control project scope, budget, and timeline.
• Lead large, distributed, and cross-functional project teams.
• Take full ownership of the end-to-end project lifecycle.
• Support clients in challenging situations and ensure successful project delivery.
• Prepare proposals, estimations, and manage deal processes for strategic projects.

Requirements

• Several years of experience managing complex IT/digital projects.
• Proficiency in German language.
• English proficiency at B2/C1 level.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (agile, waterfall, hybrid).
• Experience in proposal preparation, project costing, and client-facing work.
• Solid background in budget, risk, and quality management.

Nice to have

• Certification such as PMI, PRINCE2, or IPMA.
