What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery for a strategic enterprise healthcare account.
• Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and act as the primary delivery contact.
• Lead cross-functional teams delivering complex projects within ambitious timelines and business priorities.
• Manage risks, dependencies, escalations, and delivery challenges across a multi-vendor environment.
• Drive project financial performance, resource utilization, and account profitability.
• Collaborate with Account Management on account strategy, growth opportunities, and long-term customer partnerships.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience in software development or IT services.
• Experience managing mid-size and large enterprise accounts and working directly with enterprise customers.
• Strong delivery management skills in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
• Experience with project financials, forecasting, profitability, resource utilization, risk management, and escalations.
• Advanced written and spoken English and readiness to work from the office 2 days per week.
