Senior Project Manager with German

Location: Remote with approximately once-per-quarter presence at the headquarters in Warsaw, Poland

What you will do

• Manage and coordinate complex cross-portfolio digitalization projects.
• Plan, monitor, and control project scope, budget, risks, quality, and timelines.
• Lead large, distributed, and cross-functional project teams through the full project lifecycle.
• Support clients in challenging situations, handle escalations, and ensure successful delivery.
• Structure complex requirements, manage subcontractors, and coordinate communication across project phases.
• Prepare proposals and estimations, manage deal processes, build client relationships, and improve project management practices.

Requirements

• Several years of experience managing complex IT or digital projects.
• Strong knowledge of agile, waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies.
• Experience leading large cross-functional teams and managing budgets, risks, and quality.
• Experience with proposal preparation, project costing, and client-facing work.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, escalation-handling, and problem-solving skills.
• Very good command of English at B2/C1 level and German language skills.

Nice to have

• PMI, PRINCE2, or IPMA certification.
