What you will do

• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives across direct and indirect procurement categories.
• Develop commodity strategies, preferred supplier portfolios, and market analyses.
• Manage procurement activities across bid and execution projects, aligning stakeholders and ensuring compliance with global procurement standards.
• Build supplier partnerships through segmentation, qualification, evaluation, and collaboration with commodity experts.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, payment terms, contracts, and commercial agreements.
• Monitor supplier performance, report KPIs, implement savings measures, and improve supply chain resilience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Approximately 4 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement project management, and operational procurement.
• Strong expertise in SAP, contract negotiation, claim management, supplier qualification and evaluation, RFX processes, eAuctions, and procurement strategy development.
• Experience leading procurement activities in complex international projects and managing cross-functional stakeholders and customer relationships.
• Advanced supply chain, commercial, analytical, and business capabilities, with basic project management knowledge.
• Advanced English proficiency for communication with global suppliers and international teams.
