Global Sourcing Manager (Electro Mechanical)

What you will do

• Manage supplier relationships, business reviews, RFQs, commercial negotiations, and roadmap discussions.
• Develop commodity and sourcing strategies by analyzing business requirements, supply-base dynamics, and cost structures.
• Map and develop component supply chains to maintain continuity, resilience, and supply diversification.
• Coordinate supplier capacity planning and material schedules with material planning teams.
• Maintain sourcing data including pricing, approved vendor lists, lead times, and supply-chain parameters.
• Partner with Engineering, Product Design, Quality, Finance, and other teams on specifications, sourcing decisions, risk mitigation, development builds, and NPI ramp-up.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree; a background in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Supply Chain Management is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in sourcing or a related field.
• Strong negotiation, analytical problem-solving, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to balance business and technical objectives, manage complex interdependent processes, and escalate appropriately.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills are required.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural global business environment.

Nice to have

• Consumer electronics experience.
• Familiarity with Tableau, G Suite, Arena, MRP, and SAP.
