Strategic Purchaser Atlas Copco Group (Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Manage relationships across the existing supplier portfolio and support projects to onboard new suppliers.
• Develop purchasing strategies aligned with divisional targets and the six purchasing excellence pillars: total cost, quality, logistics, product and process development, contracting, and sustainability.
• Participate in aftermarket compressor and compressor-room projects, helping maintain budgets and timelines.
• Evaluate potential suppliers' commercial, technical, and supply chain capabilities, and lead negotiations for renewing supply agreements.
• Conduct market benchmarking, identify cost-saving and value-creation opportunities, and assess supplier risks.
• Collaborate with Supplier Quality Assurance engineers to improve supplier quality and logistics performance, including on-time delivery.

Requirements

• Master's degree in engineering or business, or relevant experience in supply chain management.
• Fluent English.
• Interest in innovation and technology.
• Ability to take the lead, communicate confidently and respectfully, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
