What you will do

• Define and execute category strategies aligned with business objectives, supply market dynamics, and technology roadmaps.
• Develop and manage a competitive, sustainable supplier base; lead advanced commercial negotiations and manage supplier contracts.
• Drive continuous cost reduction and value creation via negotiation, value engineering, and total cost of ownership analysis.
• Lead sourcing, localization, supplier transfer, and make-buy decisions to ensure supply continuity.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, logistics, and operations to resolve quality, delivery, and supply risks.
• Manage sourcing-related projects and mentor less experienced buyers through knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or category management.
• Strong experience in category strategy, negotiation, and supplier management.
• Proven ability to lead complex sourcing and localization projects.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and mentoring skills.
• Fluent English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline (motor and drive background preferred).
