Strategic Project Buyer

What you will do

• Purchase materials, parts, supplies, and services according to company purchasing policies.
• Analyse supplier quotations and negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and commercial terms.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through supplier reviews and pricing analysis.
• Manage pricing revisions, order cancellations, delivery date changes, and invoice discrepancies.
• Coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotations and confirm delivery schedules.
• Execute purchasing activities accurately and efficiently to support business continuity and cost efficiency.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in a similar purchasing or procurement role.
• Experience in large multinational and production companies is mandatory.
• Exposure to R&D-related activities is preferred.
• Fluency in Italian is mandatory.
• Good command of English is required for daily communication.
• SAP knowledge is advantageous.
