Program Engineer (Printer Products)

What you will do

• Develop engineering specifications and product requirements for consumer inkjet all-in-one and printer products.
• Develop project schedules and drive R&D projects through successful completion.
• Establish build objectives, readiness criteria, and progress tracking with technical teams.
• Coordinate prototype builds, including requirements, volumes, build matrices, BOMs, test plans, and product costs.
• Lead operations and production teams in establishing project processes and maintaining system quality throughout the product lifecycle.
• Coordinate cross-functional and geographically distributed teams, lead technical meetings, identify risks, and support issue resolution.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering with at least 3 years of related experience.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in an R&D environment; experience with all-in-one or inkjet printer products is preferred.
• Fluent English and strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lead large cross-functional meetings, follow up on details, identify schedule issues, and propose practical solutions.
• Creative, innovative, adaptable, and comfortable working with ambiguity.

Nice to have

• Ability to converse in Mandarin.
• Experience with all-in-one or inkjet printer products.
