Test Manufacturing Engineer (Front End Process 4pm to 1.30am)

Location: Singapore, Singapore. Relocation eligible. Travel required up to 10% of the time.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain manufacturing methods, operating sequences, and processes for parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies.
• Coordinate the release of product improvements and new products with other engineering functions.
• Apply engineering and design-for-excellence principles to reduce manufacturing and product costs and improve quality.
• Determine time standards and recommend tooling and process requirements.
• Develop test procedures, evaluate test results, and assess work methods, procedures, and policies.
• Perform process failure mode and effects analysis, identify root causes, define corrective actions, and prepare reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2–4 years of related experience.
• Conceptual knowledge and technical experience for day-to-day problem-solving.
• Interpersonal skills and the ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Ability to work in a clean room and use required personal protective equipment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, kneel, reach, lift, work in tight spaces, distinguish colors, and use hand and power tools.
