Focus on governing transformation initiatives, validating business value, building SMS capabilities, and embedding continuous improvement across quality, delivery, cost, safety, and people objectives.

is developing the Modulus program to create modular, adaptable, multi-product manufacturing facilities for vaccines and Specialty Care Biologics.
What you will do
- Lead deployment and continuous evolution of the Manufacturing System (SMS 2.0) across the site.
- Drive operational excellence, continuous improvement, performance boosters, and Factory 4.0 transformation initiatives.
- Identify performance gaps through benchmarking, maturity assessments, and data-driven analysis.
- Establish governance for initiative progress, value realization, risk management, and long-term sustainability.
- Develop SMS operating standards, capability roadmaps, upskilling programs, and continuous learning initiatives.
- Manage resources, digital budgets, execution approaches, and business benefit realization for transformation programs.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience leading Operational Excellence, Lean, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement programs in pharmaceutical or other highly regulated manufacturing environments.
- Experience leading transformation and change management initiatives and deploying manufacturing operating systems.
- Experience working in cGMP-regulated manufacturing environments.
- Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Agile, and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
- Understanding of manufacturing financial performance, including P&L, gross margin, COGS, BOI, cash flow, and project portfolio management.
- Strong project management, stakeholder management, communication, and knowledge of SMS standards, performance tools, data management, and digital products.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Manufacturing System operating standards and the SMS certification framework.
- Experience with 3P, Shine, eOEE, FaCT, and iObeya.
