Head of SMS Program (Pharmaceutical Manufacturing)

hirify.global is developing modular, adaptable manufacturing facilities through the Modulus program to support vaccine and Specialty Care Biologics production.

What you will do

• Lead the deployment and continuous evolution of the hirify.global Manufacturing System across the site.
• Drive operational excellence, performance transformation, continuous improvement, and Factory 4.0 initiatives.
• Identify performance gaps through benchmarking, maturity assessments, and data-driven analysis.
• Establish governance, monitor benefits realization, and ensure improvements are sustained and replicated.
• Develop SMS operating standards, capability roadmaps, upskilling programs, and continuous learning initiatives.
• Manage resources, the site digital budget, execution approaches, value targets, and periodic SMS standard reviews.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience leading Operational Excellence, Lean, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement programs in pharmaceutical or other highly regulated manufacturing industries.
• Experience leading transformation and change management initiatives and deploying manufacturing operating systems.
• Experience working in cGMP-regulated manufacturing environments.
• Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Agile, and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing financial performance, project portfolio management, stakeholder management, and communication.
• Knowledge of performance management tools such as 3P and Shine, and digital products including eOEE, FaCT, and iObeya.

• Knowledge of hirify.global Manufacturing System operating standards and the SMS certification framework.
