Project Facilities Engineer 2 (AFMS - Project Management) (Biotech)

What you will do

• Lead and participate in turnkey, facilities system upgrading, and equipment validation projects.
• Initiate and manage in-house facilities projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate scope execution with Facilities Operations and Maintenance teams.
• Manage contractors, outsourced service contracts, utility drawings, and technical documentation.
• Perform capacity management, system optimization, and operational efficiency improvements.
• Support EHS, security, ISO, OHSAS, and FDA certification programs, including regional project travel when required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 2–3 years of relevant project experience; biotech or semiconductor facilities experience is advantageous.
• Good knowledge of ACMV, mechanical, and electrical systems.
• Ability to lead, work independently, collaborate across organizational levels, and communicate professionally with internal and external associates.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to work overtime and remain on 24-hour standby when required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Experience in biotech or semiconductor facilities environments.
