Process Technician (Pharmaceutical Manufacturing)

Location: On-premise in Tuas, Singapore

What you will do

• Operate automatic and manual chemical process equipment across assigned production processes.
• Perform material receiving, staging, transfer, dispensing, sampling, and charging operations.
• Monitor plant status and coordinate with other departments to maintain uninterrupted manufacturing processes.
• Investigate quality and safety incidents, troubleshoot operating deviations, and escalate non-routine issues.
• Prepare and clear equipment for maintenance work and complete required documentation.
• Follow established procedures and ensure work meets quality, safety, cGMP, and GxP standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Understanding of industry practices and standards.
• Ability to follow standard procedures and complete tasks within agreed timeframes.
• Effective teamwork, strong interpersonal skills, and clear written and oral communication.
• Computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft applications and SAP.

Nice to have

• Experience operating chemical process equipment.
• Knowledge of cGMP and GxP practices.
• Experience troubleshooting process issues and participating in quality or safety incident investigations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with common AI tools and interest in using them to improve productivity.
