What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of strategic customers, driving their success and growth through tailored engagement plans and solution guidance.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to deliver outcome-focused value and operational excellence.
• Guide customers through industry accreditation and compliance with rail distribution regulations.
• Oversee customer escalations, ensuring service levels and minimizing risks.
• Track and report on customer performance metrics and SLA compliance.
• Contribute to the TAM community by sharing best practices and learning from peers.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid role based in Paris
• English fluency plus one additional European language (Spanish, Italian, or French)
• Experience with Agile development and support environments.
• Knowledge of API integrations and White Label solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to hirify.global locations.

Nice to have

• Travel or rail industry experience.
• AGILE PM Foundation or comparable certification.
