Schedule and Risk Management Support

Location: Noordwijk, Netherlands, or Harwell, United Kingdom. Applicants must be eligible to live and work in the EU or UK.

What you will do

• Coordinate schedule and risk management support for ESA project teams and industrial consortia.
• Analyse project schedules, critical paths, float, quality metrics, milestones, and performance deviations.
• Define, configure, and maintain schedule and risk management tools, baselines, dashboards, templates, and reporting indicators.
• Support procurement activities, programme and technical reviews, risk mitigation planning, recovery and acceleration scenarios, and project close-out.
• Prepare quarterly and ad-hoc schedule performance reports and communicate recommendations to project teams and industrial partners.
• Contribute to standards, best practices, QMS audits, tool development, AI applications, training materials, and user support.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Management, or a related technical field.
• At least 4 years of experience in configuration management, data/document control, or CADM.
• Experience with project planning and scheduling, critical path analysis, milestone trend charts, and risk-adjusted schedules.
• Experience harmonising risk, schedule, documentation, configuration, and project control practices across disciplines and departments.
• Expertise in one or more relevant tools, such as Microsoft Project, Oracle Primavera, Deltek Acumen, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, SAP, or data management systems, plus Monte Carlo schedule risk adjustment software.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, and eligibility to live and work in the EU or UK are required.
