Senior Business Analysts (AI)

Location: Remote from Poland, Czechia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Romania, or France; Europe-based, preferably CEE. Potential future hybrid work in Prague.

What you will do

• Identify, prioritize, and define high-impact AI use cases with insurance business units.
• Translate complex business problems, legacy insurance rules, and operational needs into functional requirements, user stories, process definitions, and acceptance criteria.
• Map and analyze end-to-end insurance workflows to identify automation and optimization opportunities.
• Facilitate requirements workshops and collaborative design sessions between business stakeholders, data and AI teams, and engineering squads.
• Define UAT criteria, support business validation, and verify delivered AI capabilities against business expectations.
• Perform gap analyses and refine scope and requirements throughout delivery while maintaining alignment with regulatory and customer needs.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of professional Business Analysis experience.
• Strong experience in the insurance industry, including complex business rules and core insurance processes.
• Experience with process mapping, workflow analysis, and business-process optimization.
• Experience translating business needs into functional requirements and user stories.
• Experience facilitating workshops with business and technical stakeholders and defining UAT criteria.
• Fluent professional English required. Strong AWS experience is highly preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with insurance claims, underwriting, policy administration, or customer service.
• Experience with legacy insurance platforms and complex business-rule environments.
• Exposure to AI, automation, analytics, or intelligent workflow transformation.
• Experience working across distributed or multi-squad delivery environments.
