Business Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Define, develop, and document end-to-end business processes and perform gap analysis for future developments.
• Document change requests with data-supported business cases, including cost, risk, and benefit analysis.
• Facilitate workshops, gather stakeholder insight, and translate business requirements into detailed user stories.
• Create process design flows and structured documentation for approvals and delivery activities.
• Provide technical input to user acceptance testing and produce required management information.
• Set and execute operational readiness checklists, coordinate stakeholder sign-off, and support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Experience in the defined contribution pensions industry.
• Demonstrable experience in business analysis, business process management, and requirements definition.
• Ability to create documentation for technical, non-technical, and business audiences.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Relevant business analysis certification and Lean Six Sigma accreditation.
• Ability to manage changing business needs, ambiguity, and varying priorities.
