Freelance/Contract Scientific Business Analyst (Life Sciences)

What you will do

• Provide technical expertise for clients’ global scientific platforms.
• Gather requirements, create process maps, and translate business needs into workflows.
• Develop, implement, validate, and maintain scientific technology solutions.
• Ensure systems align with global governance frameworks and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with internal and external developers during solution building and implementation.
• Design and deliver training materials and sessions to support user adoption and standardization.

Requirements

• Experience with scientific laboratory workflows in the life-sciences sector.
• Experience in laboratory informatics business analysis.
• Business analysis experience, including requirements gathering and documentation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder and change-management capabilities.
• Structured approach to problem-solving.
