Manager, Facility Services (Operations Improvement)

Location: Onsite at the Walmart Supercenter, 2717 Rock Island Pl, Bismarck, ND 58504-7724, United States

Annual salary: $90,000–$180,000, plus potential annual or quarterly performance bonuses and stock compensation.

What you will do

• Oversee multiple operations improvement projects across numerous stores.
• Define project scope, objectives, management plans, and governance processes.
• Lead teams and coordinate work across facilities, operations, and business stakeholders.
• Track plan changes, resolve critical issues, and monitor project budgets and costs.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, status reports, and project documentation.
• Promote continuous improvement, digital transformation, customer focus, collaboration, and talent development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field, plus 3 years of relevant experience; or 5 years of relevant experience without the degree.
• Relevant experience in facilities management, construction management, mechanical maintenance, engineering, or a related area.
• EPA 608 Certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Work is based at the Bismarck, North Dakota facility.
