Sales and Service Banker, Flagship Manhattan, NY

Location: Midtown branch, New York, United States; onsite work with branch hours that may include evenings and weekends.

Salary: $34,500–$53,000 USD annual base pay.

What you will do

• Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding customer financial needs and recommending tailored banking, lending, and investment solutions.
• Build and deepen customer relationships through account support, portfolio management, referrals, calls, and cross-selling.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other teller transactions while handling cash and balancing the cash drawer.
• Deliver personalized service, resolve concerns, and educate customers on digital banking tools and self-service options.
• Collaborate with branch colleagues and partners to achieve sales targets and support nearby branches when needed.
• Follow regulatory and internal requirements for risk management, fraud defense, audits, and operational accuracy.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 12 months of product or service sales experience, or at least 6 months of relevant retail banking, financial services, consultative relationship sales, or qualifying hirify.global experience.
• At least 6 months of customer service experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• At least 6 months of cash-handling experience.
• Strong relationship-building, customer service, communication, consultative selling, teamwork, accuracy, and basic computer and math skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work full-time in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, training, military service, or education.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products.
