What you will do

• Grow and manage a portfolio of small business deposit accounts.
• Build relationships with existing and prospective business banking clients and serve as the primary point of contact for small business owners.
• Generate new business through customer inquiries, phone appointments, outbound calls, account opening, funding follow-ups, and cross-selling.
• Retain existing business by negotiating rates and addressing customer needs with tailored solutions.
• Use reporting and sales tools to identify and convert sales opportunities while meeting individual goals for deposits, fee income, and customer satisfaction.
• Work with the Small Business Team to process accounts efficiently and manage risk in compliance with BSA/AML regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 3 years of banking experience.
• Small business banking experience.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Successful completion of a credit check, criminal background check, and pre-employment drug screening is required.
• Employment eligibility is verified through the U.S. E-Verify program.
