IT & Systems Operations Manager (AI Automation)

Location: Fully remote; flexible schedule with on-call availability aligned to Netherlands Time (CET/CEST).

What you will do

• Manage SaaS platforms, Google Workspace, user accounts, permissions, security, and system configurations.
• Monitor critical systems, troubleshoot issues, and provide internal technical support.
• Maintain backups, recovery processes, security controls, and business continuity.
• Build automations using Make, Zapier, APIs, scripts, and AI tools.
• Manage websites, hosting, domains, DNS, Telegram infrastructure, and integrations.
• Lead IT projects, manage vendors, and maintain SOPs, documentation, asset records, dashboards, and reports.

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT operations, systems administration, IT infrastructure, or a related role.
• Strong experience managing SaaS platforms, user access, configurations, and integrations.
• Practical experience with Make, Zapier, APIs, scripting, or AI-based automation, supported by examples of solutions built.
• Experience with backups, system recovery, security, business continuity, vendor management, negotiations, and escalations.
• Ability to independently manage IT projects from scope through implementation, documentation, and handover.
• Excellent written and spoken English, with strong technical documentation and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in a remote or digital-first organization.
• Website, hosting, DNS, and domain management experience.
• Experience with Telegram accounts, channels, groups, bots, subscriptions, or integrations.
• Experience with AI, emerging SaaS, dashboards, internal tools, or reporting development.
