What you will do

• Implement automated SSO onboarding and offboarding processes to drive efficiency.
• Administer and support core platforms including Google Workspace, Slack, and Asana.
• Design and deliver security policies in partnership with the Security team.
• Identify and execute high-impact automation opportunities to scale IT services.
• Standardize routine IT tasks to improve system reliability.
• Resolve complex technical escalations by building long-term preventative solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT systems engineering or identity management.
• Proven experience with SSO integrations (Okta or similar) and cloud application management.
• Working knowledge of iPaaS tools such as Bettercloud or Workato.
• Proficiency in scripting with Python or equivalent automation tools.
• Experience navigating ticket-based enterprise workflow management systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a service-oriented approach.
