Professional Services Engineer / Technical Solutions Engineer (AI)

Location: Remote from Poland or Ukraine

Company

Builds a mobile marketing and audience platform integrated with more than 500,000 monthly active mobile applications, enabling mobile marketing, audience development, monetization, and first-party data analysis.

What you will do

• Lead partner onboarding operations, including planning, execution, monitoring, launch, and ongoing operation.
• Integrate third-party partner products into the platform and mobile SDK.
• Investigate and resolve technical integration issues.
• Provide technical consultation and support to internal partners.
• Contribute to product development and prioritization based on partner feedback and requirements.
• Develop internal tools and automation solutions while improving delivery processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Technical Solutions Engineer or in an equivalent role.
• Knowledge of internet and mobile technologies, including Android, iOS, REST APIs, HTTP, JSON, and XML.
• Experience with HTML, JavaScript, AI agents, MongoDB, SQL, and Microsoft Excel; ability to write complex queries.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks, communicate clearly, and solve problems proactively.
• Fluent English required.

Nice to have

• Experience with analytics, monitoring, and alerting tools such as Grafana, Kibana, or Tableau.
• Experience in digital advertising, advertising SDKs, or advertising formats and protocols such as OpenRTB, VAST, or SIMID.
• Experience with Java or Kotlin.
