Senior Manager, People Partner (Parental Leave Cover)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid work with teams in the office around four days a week. This is a UK-based role and requires the right to work in the United Kingdom.

What you will do

• Partner with leadership to align people strategies with business goals and organizational performance.
• Support talent management programs covering succession planning, leadership development, employee development, recruitment, and onboarding.
• Advise managers on employee relations, conduct investigations, resolve conflicts, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and policies.
• Support organizational design, change management, performance management, compensation, and benefits communications.
• Use people data and analytics to inform decisions and communicate insights to the business.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Payroll, Organizational Development, DEI, Employee Relations, Data & Analytics, and People Operations teams.

Requirements

• Progressive experience in business partnering across operational and strategic responsibilities.
• Experience supporting a diverse workforce and working with people centres of excellence.
• Experience in employee relations, performance management, compensation, and talent development.
• Experience supporting change management initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness and drive business transformation.
• Strong communication, influencing, coaching, and stakeholder partnership skills.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom and knowledge of applicable employment laws and regulations.
