HR Partner (Employee Relations)

Location: Hybrid, with weekly attendance at offices in London (King's Cross) and Winnersh (Reading), United Kingdom.

What you will do

• Partner with Team Leads and Managers across the Patient Experience function on employee relations, performance, development, wellbeing, absence, conduct, and coaching.
• Support the full employee lifecycle from induction and probation through progression and offboarding.
• Lead and support investigations, performance concerns, welfare discussions, and probation reviews.
• Coach managers to lead confidently and consistently with company culture and values.
• Collaborate on people initiatives, process improvements, engagement surveys, performance check-ins, recognition, and manager development.
• Use people data, trends, and employee feedback to identify improvements and support organisational change and growth.

Requirements

• Strong HRBP experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, or operational environment.
• Expertise in employee relations, performance management, manager coaching, and people development.
• Experience supporting large frontline or customer-focused teams is highly desirable.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, organisation, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely while collaborating with UK-based teams and attending the required offices weekly.
• Working knowledge of UK employment law is beneficial; experience with HR systems such as HiBob is advantageous.
