What you will do

• Manage the flow of incoming commercial photography images, including retouching schedules, quality control, uploads, metadata, and rights management.
• Act as the operational guardian and first-line support for the Canto digital asset management platform.
• Review photography, design, and web development briefs, challenge incomplete requests, and support project prioritisation.
• Assist photographers with coverage planning and liaise with freelancers when required.
• Maintain accurate project status and priorities in Asana, providing visibility to stakeholders across the department.
• Collaborate with the Studio Manager and creative teams to establish best practices and improve workflows.

Requirements

• Experience scoping briefs and scheduling projects.
• Proven experience managing digital assets and metadata, ideally in a photographic environment.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain asset delivery standards.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, emotional intelligence, and issue-resolution skills.
• Results-driven, positive, and enthusiastic approach to operational support.
