Digital Project Manager (UK)

Location: London, UK — hybrid, with 3 days per week required in the London office.

What you will do

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned projects and maintain communication with agency and client stakeholders.
• Manage digital, content, SEO, and creative projects from start to finish, ensuring delivery against scope and deadlines.
• Track schedules, scope, resources, project status, risks, and escalations.
• Coordinate development, design, commercial, client services, content, SEO, and creative teams.
• Review deliverables against project scope and secure approval from internal stakeholders.
• Monitor project costs, resourcing, forecasting, revenue reporting, billing, and invoicing.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of project management experience in a digital, content, or creative agency.
• Demonstrated success in project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Experience with project management and job-costing tools.
• Current experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coach and manage junior team members.
• Ability to work from the UK and attend the London office 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with global brand clients, particularly FMCG or similar-scale accounts.
