What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned projects and maintain consistent communication with agency and client personnel.
• Monitor and enforce project constraints including schedule, scope, and resources.
• Drive projects to final completion while keeping teams motivated and on track.
• Manage project resourcing, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure accurate billing.
• Perform quality assurance by reviewing deliverables against scope and securing stakeholder sign-off.
• Utilize approved AI tools for day-to-day project management tasks such as meeting summaries and documentation.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK.
• 2–3 years of project management experience within a digital, content, or creative agency.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Proficiency with project management and job costing tools.
• Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude in a professional capacity.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to coach junior team members.

Nice to have

• Experience working with global brand clients, particularly in the FMCG sector.
