Head of Finance and HR Systems

What you will do

• Shape and optimize the software landscape across Finance, HR, and Legal.
• Lead the selection, rollout, maintenance, and improvement of back-office tools with internal partners and external advisors.
• Map and streamline workflows to reduce repetitive manual work, with a focus on payroll optimization.
• Lead, coach, and support a team of three while managing external service providers.
• Develop training sessions so employees can use company platforms effectively.
• Partner with the data strategy team to build Finance and HR dashboards and reporting tools, while managing vendor contracts and negotiations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience managing back-office systems, optimizing processes, and working in agile environments.
• Master’s degree in Business Economics, Accounting, or a closely related field.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite, Tagetik, Coupa, Personio, Pinpoint, or similar Finance, HR, and Legal software.
• Proven experience leading and empowering small, high-performing technology or operations teams.
• Strong vendor management experience, including software selection and contract negotiation.
• Fluent English and a collaborative communication style.
