Internal Sales Person (Safety Supplies)

What you will do

• Manage client accounts and act as the main point of contact.
• Respond to and resolve customer queries while maintaining client satisfaction.
• Carry out business development for the safety supply business.
• Promote safety products, monitor industry and competitor activity, and identify product opportunities.
• Collect client and prospect feedback and share it with internal teams.
• Place purchase orders, update stock systems, maintain administration, and represent the business at exhibitions and conferences.

Requirements

• Successful track record in sales and experience in a sales role.
• Ideally, experience in safety supplies or the energy sector, with knowledge of safety equipment.
• Strong numeracy and presentation skills.
• Confident and professional telephone manner.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Self-motivation, resilience, collaboration, relationship-building, problem-solving, and professional integrity.
