Technician, Facility Services, Power Washing

Location: Antioch, California, United States; onsite at Walmart Supercenter 02697

Salary: $23.00–$42.00 per hour, plus potential premiums of $0.35–$3.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Operate and maintain corporate vehicles, pressure washers, pumps, hoses, nozzles, and related equipment.
• Clean exterior surfaces including walls, sidewalks, roofs, parking lots, and other facility areas.
• Evaluate cleaning areas and select appropriate pressure levels and temperature settings.
• Remove dirt, debris, trash, and other contaminants while following safety procedures.
• Respond to work orders and maintain accurate records, logs, and documentation.
• Perform safety checks, preventative equipment maintenance, and other facility-related duties.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in power washing or exterior maintenance.
• Valid state-issued driver's license held for at least three years, a clean driving record, and ability to pass a motor vehicle report.
• Ability to successfully complete a DOT physical and maintain a valid Medical Examiner's Certification card of at least 90 days.
• Must meet the stated commercial driving, moving-violation, accident, and DUI/DWI/OUI requirements.
• Ability to read and speak English is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent, ability to work independently and with a team, and availability for overnight and weekend shifts.

Nice to have

• Power washing or facility maintenance certifications.
• Intermediate proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, email, and presentation software.
• Spanish speaking and comprehension.
• State or local licensing where required.
