Base pay: $154,000–$208,500 annually

What you will do

• Build and own financial models for core Money and Workforce Solutions offerings.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on one-year and three-year strategic planning and forecasting.
• Develop dashboards and reporting that support executive insights and decision-making.
• Conduct structured analyses that generate data-driven insights and support business growth.
• Build trusted relationships with partner teams and provide data-backed financial guidance.
• Streamline, standardize, and automate financial processes and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or equivalent experience.
• 6–8 years of FP&A experience or equivalent experience in corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or analytics.
• 4+ years of financial forecasting or analytical modeling experience.
• Experience translating business results into clear insights for leadership, ideally in high-growth software or SaaS environments.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, financial modeling, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to manage projects independently.
