Salary: $128,100–$213,500 annual

What you will do

• Develop innovative investment ideas using fundamental credit and relative value analysis.
• Analyze companies, financial statements, credit ratings, industry trends, issuers, and portfolio risk exposures.
• Build and maintain financial models and perform detailed credit reviews.
• Recommend buy, hold, and sell decisions and prepare documentation on portfolio performance, investment options, risks, and pending decisions.
• Collaborate with client-facing colleagues and participate in client and prospect meetings to communicate investment solutions.
• Manage and allocate research work to less experienced teammates while supporting risk, regulatory, audit, and control requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 7 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of capital markets and current industry conditions.
• Excellent written and presentation skills with experience communicating insights to internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Bloomberg, Excel, FactSet, and Morningstar Direct.
• Highly analytical, research-driven approach.

Nice to have

• Master’s or other advanced degree and at least 10 years of relevant experience.
• CFA designation or progress toward obtaining it.
• Industry network, experience mentoring junior teammates, and experience with large datasets, analytical tools, quantitative platforms, or AI-enabled research workflows.
