Senior Financial Analyst

Location: Chicago, United States; hybrid work with four days in the office each week

Total cash compensation: $95,275–$139,741.66 annually, including base salary and target incentive.

What you will do

• Own financial planning, reporting, and budgeting for products within the Direct Platform group.
• Partner with business and sales stakeholders on budgets, forecasts, and planning execution.
• Lead monthly reporting by analyzing actuals, projections, and variances and providing business insights.
• Manage salary target levels with HR and business leaders for supported products.
• Present monthly financial results to group heads and maintain internal reporting packages.
• Support ad hoc analysis, special projects, and cross-functional process improvements with global colleagues.

Requirements

• Five years of experience in financial planning and analysis or accounting-related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree required; CPA or MBA is a plus.
• Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, relationship-building, and teamwork skills.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Knowledge of Hyperion and Oracle is preferred.
• Ability to work in the Chicago office four days per week under the hybrid model.
