What you will do

• Manage the day-to-day ordering of required goods, equipment, and supplies.
• Coordinate incoming goods and manage warehouse capacity expectations effectively.
• Maintain safety stocks of top SKUs and adjust levels based on requirement fluctuations.
• Monitor production changes to amend deliveries and manage dry goods for third-party bottling overflow.
• Investigate quality issues and organize stock returns or disposals.
• Support the Procurement Manager with projects, tenders, and supplier forecasting.

Requirements

• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Professional experience in FMCG Procurement or Supply Chain.
• Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
