What you will do
- Act as the primary contact for sample order fulfillment.
- Process sample orders, schedule shipments, and track deliveries.
- Manage sample inventory, replenishment, and stock availability.
- Develop process improvements to increase fulfillment efficiency and accuracy.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, international logistics, sample production, and product management.
- Monitor compliance with order fulfillment and inventory procedures while maintaining workplace standards.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of related experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, and able to multitask autonomously.
- Strong time management skills and an understanding of global time zones.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Previous fulfillment experience.
