Sample Coordinator (Textiles)

What you will do

• Serve as the main point of contact for sample order fulfillment.
• Process sample orders, schedule shipments, and track deliveries.
• Manage sample inventory, replenishment, and stock levels.
• Develop process improvements to increase fulfillment efficiency and accuracy.
• Coordinate with international logistics, sample production, product management, sales, and operations teams.
• Maintain compliance with order fulfillment and inventory management policies and company standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of related experience; fulfillment experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Independent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a team and coordinating across global time zones.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
