Storeperson / Forklift Operator (Women in Operations)

Location: Onsite in Tweed Heads, NSW, Australia

What you will do

• Receive incoming goods, verify quality and quantities, and record stock in the system.
• Pick, pack and prepare customer orders from on-site inventory.
• Load customer vehicles and outbound orders safely by hand and forklift.
• Prepare dispatch paperwork, scan products and create manifests through the ERP system.
• Support stock control, cycle counts and inventory accuracy.
• Work with customer service colleagues to check orders and resolve practical issues while maintaining a safe, organised site.

Requirements

• Current forklift licence and solid forklift experience in a warehouse, yard or operations environment.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, production, retail trade, building products or similar hands-on work.
• Safety-first approach and concern for personal and colleagues’ wellbeing.
• Good communication skills and confidence supporting customers and working with teammates.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn SAP, ERP tools and Excel.
• Reliable, organised and respectful approach, with attention to quality and task completion.
