Inventory Controller (Gaming)

What you will do

• Conduct inventory cycle counts across AIC and Field Services and support inventory KPI execution.
• Analyse, document, and resolve variances between physical and system inventory.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for inventory discrepancies.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports to improve visibility into inventory trends and management.
• Support ERP testing, inventory audits, timely transactions, and the disposition of obsolete or excess inventory.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, inventory systems optimisation, and site safety initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of inventory control experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of inventory processes and supply chain management.
• Strong attention to detail, data analysis, interpersonal, and time management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Must be authorised to work in Australia on a full-time basis without current or future visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Valid forklift licence.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP.
