What you will do

• Receive incoming goods, check quality and quantities, and record stock in the system.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately for dispatch.
• Load customer vehicles and outbound orders safely by hand and forklift.
• Prepare dispatch paperwork, scan products, and create manifests through the ERP system.
• Support stock control, cycle counting, and inventory accuracy.
• Work with customer service colleagues to check orders, resolve issues, and maintain a safe, organised site.

Requirements

• Current forklift licence and solid forklift experience in a warehouse, yard, or operations setting.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, production, retail trade, building products, or similar hands-on work.
• Safety-first approach and care for personal and team wellbeing.
• Good communication skills and confidence supporting customers and working with teammates.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn SAP, ERP tools, and Excel.
• Reliable, organised, respectful, and willing to support activities across the branch.
