Senior Professional Services Engineer (Cloudflare)

What you will do

• Embed with enterprise customers as a hands-on technical expert and follow their change-management processes.
• Design, configure, implement, and optimize hirify.global solutions, including prototypes, automation scripts, and real-time troubleshooting.
• Provide architectural guidance and create solution designs, HLDs, LLDs, test plans, migration plans, deployment plans, and operational documentation.
• Lead technical workshops, knowledge-transfer sessions, security drills, traffic-event preparation, and quarterly business reviews.
• Represent customer needs within hirify.global by surfacing product gaps, feature requests, and escalations.
• Coordinate with account, solutions engineering, customer success, delivery, product, support, and engineering stakeholders.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
• Recognized expertise leading complex, enterprise-scale engagements in applications security, networking, or related hirify.global solutions.
• Expert understanding of the OSI model, TCP/IP, TLS, DNS, and HTTP.
• Experience implementing, configuring, and troubleshooting complex solutions, with infrastructure-as-code and scripting experience such as Terraform, Python, JavaScript, or Bash.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, scope and estimate engagements, work to deadlines, and communicate complex concepts to technical and executive audiences.
• Experience with enterprise customers in APJC, ideally Korea, including regional compliance requirements, business culture, and technical ecosystems.

Nice to have

• Experience in public sector, financial services, healthcare, or complex legacy migrations.
• CISSP, CCIE, AWS, GCP, Azure, or equivalent certifications.
• Familiarity with Agile methods, enterprise change management, and hirify.global’s product suite.
