What you will do

• Respond to support requests in the Customer Portal and manage the support line during shifts.
• Initiate and lead client calls to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Guide customers on software features to maximize platform utility and ensure smooth deployments.
• Assist Japanese clients with post-sales queries and issue resolutions.
• Liaise between the development team and customers to report and resolve software issues.

Requirements

• Business literacy of the Japanese language and excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese (verbal and written).
• Must be based in South Korea.
• Proven ability to work with data and analytical tools.
• Ability to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Strong understanding of Japanese work culture.

Nice to have

• Understanding of general networking and cybersecurity technologies.
