Location: Onsite at 4554 Oscar Nelson Jr Dr, Baytown, Texas, United States

Salary: $84,000–$126,000 annual base salary, plus performance-based bonuses and possible regional pay zone and stock compensation.

What you will do

• Drive and implement business plans for the assigned shipping and logistics area.
• Forecast staffing, workload, and performance results to meet operational demand.
• Review business reports and identify improvements in production, quality, and safety.
• Maintain compliance with logistics and company quality, safety, and operational standards.
• Supervise associates and leaders, provide feedback, support hiring and promotion, and address training and development needs.
• Resolve associate, customer, and supplier concerns using sound judgment and collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field plus at least one year of relevant operations, distribution, logistics, or retail experience supervising and developing managers or supervisors; alternatively, three years of relevant experience may qualify.
• Alternatively, at least one year of experience as a Walmart Logistics Area Manager supervising associates and managing workload.
• Experience with workload management and participation in hiring and promotion processes.
• Ability to work onsite at the Baytown, Texas facility.
• Successful completion of all required job trainings and assessments.
