Account Executive (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Achieve sales quotas through direct sales of healthcare products and services.
• Implement sales strategies to meet volume, product mix, and profit objectives.
• Present products to prospective customers, provide technical information and demonstrations, and coordinate quotations with the Key Account Manager.
• Monitor sales against forecasts and assess market potential within the territory.
• Collaborate with marketing, medical, market access, customer service, and operations to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Gather customer needs and ideas and provide timely feedback with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in a sales function.
• Strong written and verbal interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to identify sales opportunities, analyze data, and develop effective sales strategies.
• Strong organization and time management skills, adaptability to changing customer needs, and business knowledge.
• Consistent sales performance and experience managing external experts and developing customer advocacy.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices.
