Senior Product Manager - Retail Products (Fintech)

What you will do

• Develop product strategies and oversee new retail product propositions and strategic marketing alliances.
• Manage product portfolios, market trends, customer communications, campaigns, and promotional budgets.
• Plan, implement, and assess customer acquisition programs to grow product sales and market share.
• Build relationships with external partners, vendors, and internal departments, ensuring objectives and reporting requirements are met.
• Support budget preparation and monitor financial performance, profitability, costs, and yields.
• Lead team activities, policy implementation, customer service standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in banking or a financial institution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Economics.
• Strong numerical and financial analysis skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work in line with banking regulations, internal policies, procedures, and service standards.
