Principal Product Manager, Growth (GCC) (Fintech)

Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Hybrid work is expected, with onsite attendance Tuesday through Thursday each week and additional office presence as required by business needs.

What you will do

• Own the GCC growth strategy and roadmap across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman.
• Drive acquisition, activation, retention, referral, and revenue outcomes through rapid experimentation.
• Partner with regional business leaders and global Compliance, Risk, Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Operations teams.
• Use AI tools, prototypes, customer research, and experimentation to accelerate product discovery and delivery.
• Build culturally relevant, multilingual, mobile-first experiences for migrant and expatriate customers.
• Influence technical decisions, communicate strategy, mentor product managers, and raise the product management bar.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, payments, or another regulated consumer domain.
• Experience owning product strategy, roadmaps, prioritization, customer discovery, go-to-market execution, and iteration end to end.
• Strong understanding of KYC/AML, fraud and risk, FX, payment rails, and financial regulation.
• Hands-on experience with product analytics, experimentation, and A/B testing tools such as Statsig, Google Analytics, Amplitude, or Mixpanel.
• Fluency with modern AI tools and the ability to build working prototypes.
• Strong analytical, structured problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Experience building products for the GCC, MENA, migrant, expatriate, or emerging-market customers.
• Familiarity with SAMA, CBUAE, and the regional payments ecosystem.
• Arabic language skills or experience shipping multilingual and localized products.
• Experience building or integrating AI/ML-powered product features in production.
