Principal Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid role with an in-office expectation of at least 50% of the time monthly (typically 3 days a week).

What you will do

• Define and execute the GCC growth strategy, roadmap, and vision to drive acquisition, activation, and retention.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders in compliance, risk, engineering, and analytics to ensure successful regional execution.
• Leverage modern AI tools to accelerate customer research, prototyping, experimentation, and product development.
• Run a high-velocity experimentation engine to test and scale growth loops and referral strategies.
• Navigate complex fintech regulatory environments including KYC, AML, and FX requirements.
• Mentor product managers and influence product management practices across the organization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience in fintech, payments, or high-trust consumer domains.
• Hands-on builder with experience using AI tools for prototyping and research.
• Deep understanding of money movement, financial regulations, and risk management.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in product analytics and A/B testing tools like Amplitude or Mixpanel.
• Proven track record of setting strategy and roadmapping at a Principal level.
• Strong communication skills to align stakeholders around a data-driven vision.

Nice to have

• Experience building for the GCC or MENA market.
• Familiarity with regional regulatory bodies like SAMA or CBUAE.
• Arabic language skills or experience shipping localized products.
• Experience integrating AI/ML-powered features in production.
