Senior Product Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Support product strategy, market research, roadmap planning, and prioritization for U.S. equities trading solutions.
• Assist with pre-sales discovery, demonstrations, proposals, client presentations, solution scoping, and requests for information.
• Translate client needs into requirements for matching engines, surveillance, regulatory reporting, infrastructure, hardware, and software.
• Coordinate product delivery, deployment, change management, incident follow-up, and release readiness with product management, engineering, and operations.
• Monitor client feedback, competitors, market trends, and regulatory developments affecting alternative trading systems and single-dealer platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• At least 8 years of experience in capital markets, fintech, electronic trading, broker-dealer technology, or financial services.
• At least 5 years of experience in product management, product strategy, solution management, or a comparable role.
• Knowledge of U.S. equities trading, market structure, alternative trading systems, or broker-dealer execution environments.
• Experience supporting product roadmaps, requirements, client engagements, demonstrations, or proposals.
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with matching engines, FIX connectivity, market data, surveillance, regulatory reporting, or low-latency trading systems.
• Familiarity with Regulation ATS, Regulation NMS, SEC Rule 15c3-5, CAT, or FINRA reporting requirements.
• Experience with enterprise software deployments, production support, change management, or incident management.
