Associate Director Partner Operations

Location: Macquarie Park, NSW, Australia; hybrid arrangement with three days in the office and two days remote or from home

What you will do

• Lead operational governance for strategic partner-delivered products and services, including Upgrade & Protect, Trade In, and SubHub.
• Own financial reconciliations, revenue assurance, reporting, and operational controls.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners and act as the escalation point for operational issues.
• Drive improvements in service delivery, operational performance, customer experience, and commercial outcomes.
• Lead and develop a team of three while fostering accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence.
• Provide data-driven insights and executive reporting to support decisions and identify optimisation opportunities.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in partner operations, vendor management, operational governance, or product operations within a large, complex organisation.
• Strong financial acumen, including reconciliation, reporting, revenue assurance, and exposure management.
• Proven ability to build and influence relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience leading governance frameworks, service performance reviews, and risk management activities.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn operational and financial data into business insights.
• A track record of delivering continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence.
