TL;DR

Senior Principal Service Engagement Lead (Fintech): Managing complex client engagements and service delivery across APAC with an accent on bid management, project estimations, and commercial negotiations. Location: Hybrid in Sydney or Singapore (work from office two days a week)

What you will do

  • Act as main entry point for Sales, Value Advisory, and Commercial teams on assigned service opportunities.
  • Lead end-to-end service engagement process, producing accurate estimations for scope, resources, timelines, costs, and risks.
  • Secure commercial approvals, support contract negotiations, and ensure smooth handover to project owners.
  • Forecast order intake and capacity in systems like Salesforce and Zimit.
  • Foster relationships across organization and propose process improvements for bid management.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in service management or client-facing roles
  • Proven commercial awareness and track record selling large Time & Material or Fixed Fee projects
  • Strong customer relationship building and understanding of clients’ business processes
  • Deep knowledge of services offerings, stakeholder partnerships, communication, and presentation skills
  • Structured, organized, rigorous with excellent time management; flexibility to travel across APAC region
  • Hybrid work: office two days a week in Sydney or Singapore
