Platform Admin Specialist (AI)

Location: UK; fully remote-friendly, with Work From Anywhere available for 4 weeks per year

What you will do

• Manage content requests from intake through publication and configure platform features to agreed specifications.
• Deliver builds within defined service levels and proactively identify risks, gaps, and potential delays.
• Apply style guides, perform quality assurance, and manage sign-off before publication.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, creative agencies, and content suppliers to maintain delivery momentum.
• Monitor post-launch performance, resolve issues, and share actionable insights.
• Advise customers on platform configuration, usability, and best practices aligned with their organisational goals.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience administering an LMS or LXP; previous hirify.global Platform experience is desirable.
• Experience managing service levels and multiple projects in a ticket-driven environment.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to identify asset and quality issues.
• Experience building relationships with stakeholders and collaborating with third-party creative agencies and content suppliers.
• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to communicate complex details to diverse audiences.
• Confident communication with L&D and marketing stakeholders, with a customer-focused approach.
