What you will do

• Design and implement learning strategies supporting workforce transformation, technology adoption, and organisational change.
• Conduct learning needs analyses, identify capability gaps, and develop targeted learning solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Create training materials, facilitator guides, e-learning modules, and supporting resources using tools such as MS PowerPoint and SAP Enable Now.
• Deliver instructor-led, virtual, workshop, digital, and blended learning programs for diverse stakeholder groups.
• Build capabilities that improve adoption of new systems, processes, and ways of working, while monitoring training effectiveness and learner engagement.
• Support client engagements through learning advice, planning, governance, risk management, and stakeholder management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, HR, Organisational Psychology, or a related discipline.
• Consulting skills including problem-solving, facilitation, data literacy, and strong presentation and communication abilities.
• Workforce or HR domain exposure and experience with organisational change or transformation.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems, SAP Enable Now, training material development, and change management methodologies.
• Demonstrated success delivering training programs for audiences of 100 or more participants.
• Strong relationship-building, organisation, resilience, attention to detail, and familiarity with project management approaches and project lifecycles.
